Tasks
- Collaborate with QA to increase pipeline testing
- Communicate technical rationale to stakeholders
- Conduct code reviews and uphold engineering quality standards
- Develop data pipelines and data warehouse layers
- Drive automation and improve test coverage
- Ensure release planning validation and risk management
- Integrate data components with search and ML pipelines
- Lead end to end data platform design and delivery
- Lead team work intake and prioritization
- Mentor and coach data engineering colleagues
- Perform SQL data modeling with DDL and DML
- Reduce operational overhead and improve maintainability
- Standardize data platform patterns
