Lead Project Management - Mobile Robotics & Automation (m/w/d)
Tasks
- Build project management organization
- Coach project managers
- Coordinate FAT SIT SAT performance tests and ramp up
- Coordinate automation projects with AGV AMR and material flow solutions
- Create project plans resources budgets timelines
- Integrate with WMS WCS MES and ERP systems
- Lead critical project escalations
- Lead project management team
- Manage claims change requests and change orders
- Manage interfaces between vehicles fleet management orchestration IT and OT systems
- Manage project scope schedule cost quality contracts
- Manage stakeholder relationships with customers and partners
- Manage technical dependencies
- Moderate steering committees escalations and management reviews
- Prioritize project portfolio
- Track KPIs for project portfolio
