Lead Software Engineer - AL/ML (Implementation Engineer)
Tasks
- Build and maintain integration layers
- Configure and deploy services on cloud platforms
- Develop and maintain Python services
- Develop customer specific logic connectors and automations
- Document workflows integration steps and troubleshooting playbooks
- Ensure reliability, observability, and performance
- Implement RAG embedding workflows and NLP modules
- Implement data ingestion transformation and validation pipelines
- Integrate LLM components and retrieval systems
- Mentor junior team members
- Own end to end technical implementation for enterprise accounts
- Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards
- Productionize and optimize ML models
- Translate requirements into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
