- Analyze trends and identify risks in asset and configuration data
- Develop executive dashboards and KPIs
- Drive adoption of CMDB CSDM and discovery service mapping
- Identify automation and process improvements for data accuracy
- Lead IT asset management and CMDB data governance initiatives
- Partner with asset owners and infrastructure teams to improve data quality
- Support CMDB certification and audit readiness through monitoring and remediation
- Translate technical data into executive reporting
