- Build model training tooling
- Co own training pipeline end to end
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers
- Design build and maintain training infrastructure
- Drive changes to GPUs storage and team setup
- Enable large scale code execution for reinforcement learning
- Improve evaluation inference throughput
