Fulfillment Center Shipping Manager
Tasks
- Administer corrective action as necessary
- Approve PTO requests
- Communicate policies for compliance
- Complete NEFCO trainings
- Control inventory with inventory manager
- Coordinate picking packing and loading
- Dispatch delivery trucks
- Enforce safe work practices
- Ensure order accuracy and quality
- Establish priorities and work independently
- Foster staff communication and teamwork
- Implement new training processes
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness
- Manage receiving storage inventory control
- Minimize misplaced material and errors
- Monitor and enforce training initiatives
- Oversee distribution operations
- Process parcel shipments for delivery
- Resolve employee timecard errors
- Review timecards and approve submissions
