Forward Deployed AI Engineer - Vancouver
Tasks
- Build operational dashboards metrics and alerts
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to represent client needs
- Design logging monitoring and analytics systems
- Design production ready scalable reliable client solutions
- Lead development configuration deployment of conversational AI systems
- Lead integration with telephony SIP RTP backend services and external APIs
- Own reliability performance and scalability of deployed systems
- Serve as primary technical liaison to clients
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and maintain architecture ownership
