Tasks
- Coach on site technicians best practices
- Collaborate with R and D and product teams
- Conduct root cause analysis
- Ensure optimal functionality and uptime
- Handle level 2 escalation for non core systems
- Identify trends and implement performance improvements
- Investigate and resolve escalated issues
- Monitor and analyze site reliability
- Own system performance at client sites
- Plan and execute software and system updates
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Propose maintenance procedure enhancements
- Troubleshoot interoperability issues with clients
