- Attract retain and develop software engineering talent
- Automate infrastructure, monitoring, and testing
- Build and operate GenAI platform services
- Conduct performance reviews and development planning
- Create logging alerting dashboards and incident responses
- Design agentic workflows and multi model orchestration
- Ensure security privacy and governance alignment
- Evaluate new technologies for enterprise adoption
- Lead development of enterprise generative AI platform
- Manage technical delivery and quality change control
- Mentor coach and lead software engineers
- Partner with product data legal cybersecurity and business stakeholders
- Provide production application support and technical escalation
- Translate AI use case needs into scalable reusable capabilities
