- Administer Atlassian platform
- Allocate resources and manage contractor and vendor workflows
- Collaborate on hardware and software development testing and deployment
- Implement incident management change management disaster recovery
- Lead data center engineering team
- Maintain lab budgets and operational metrics
- Manage capacity planning for power cooling and rack space
- Monitor and report operational KPIs and SLA compliance
- Operate and maintain datacenter lab infrastructure
