Tasks
- Architect automated supply chain tools and systems
- Audit processes to eliminate inefficiency rework and waste
- Coordinate cross functional partners to ensure adoption and outcomes
- Design future state processes and define requirements
- Document workflows and manage process implementation
- Establish and standardize operating procedures
- Improve monthly cost forecasting and variance analysis
- Own annual budget process for packaging and logistics
- Own tool lifecycle scoping development testing deployment and improvement
- Provide stakeholder status updates and flag risks
- Scope and manage projects end to end
- Translate market signals into business guidance
