- Define track and report platform health and SLA metrics
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement
- Ensure platform performance reliability compliance and cost effectiveness
- Establish operational standards best practices and runbooks
- Lead platform support and operations team
- Manage Kubernetes-based deployments
- Manage incident problem and request handling
- Manage software and service vendors
- Own day to day platform operations
- Partner with platform engineering on upgrades and enhancements
- Serve as escalation point for major incidents
