Tasks
- Analyze marketing and CRM data across platforms
- Automate and standardize reporting with self service dashboards
- Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Define and document metrics and KPIs
- Deliver recurring performance reports and executive scorecards
- Design Tableau dashboards for campaign performance
- Develop campaign hierarchies for reliable reporting
- Identify trends issues and optimization opportunities
- Maintain UTM standards and campaign tracking governance
- Partner with teams to structure data pipelines and schemas
- Perform marketing data analysis and interpretation
- Translate business goals into reporting and insights
- Validate data accuracy and identify discrepancies
