Master Data Analyst
Tasks
- Collaborate with ERP users to resolve production and logistics issues
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions
- Execute master data changes for item master data
- Identify and escalate MDM policy gaps for resolution
- Maintain MDM SOPs and data dictionary
- Manage GBS MDM service now requests within SLAs
- Resolve MDM processing and reporting conflicts
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Support data cleansing and migration
