- Create SOPs and user documentation for Zoho processes
- Create custom functions and scheduled workflows
- Design executive dashboards in Zoho Analytics
- Develop KPI scorecards and scheduled reports
- Develop reporting and automation standards with stakeholders
- Develop workflows with Zoho Deluge
- Ensure data quality and governance
- Maintain centralized reporting data model
- Resolve data inconsistencies across Zoho applications
- Support user adoption of Zoho features
- Train users on Zoho best practices
