Tasks
- Adhere to SOP for BOPIC Curbside Ship from Club
- Communicate inventory and equipment problems
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products
- Maintain SFC area cleanliness
- Meet OMNI productivity expectations SLA and service metrics
- Move merchandise to staging area
- Operate equipment as assigned
- Process member purchases
- Process returns and determine disposition
- Pull merchandise from pick list
- Replenish sales floor merchandise
- Report expired or short dated items
- Securely package orders
- Verify merchandise counts with handheld scanner
