Medicaid Enrollment Specialist
Tasks
- Collaborate with enrollment intake and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure complete accurate on time submissions
- Follow up on pending applications until verification is complete
- Identify and communicate barriers and delays
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and EMR systems
- Participate in team meetings training and quality improvement
- Request collect and verify required documentation
- Review Medicaid application packets
- Support participants and families throughout the process
- Track application status and follow up with county offices
- Track progress toward goals and key performance indicators
