Tasks
- Create training materials and deliver technical sessions
- Escalate and resolve ML and data critical incidents
- Implement continuous integration continuous delivery and automation
- Investigate customer inquiries and resolve within SLAs
- Maintain technical documentation
- Manage data system infrastructure storage databases and applications
- Monitor ML workflows and service alerts
- Monitor and support cluster resources and systems administration
- Prioritize issue resolution within SLAs
- Run health checks and quality checks for ML and data workflows
