• Ensure 3P PL alignment with site finance
• Ensure KPI definitions consistency and data accuracy

• Lead benchmarking processes and data collection
• Lead performance and transformation initiatives
• Lead problem solving sessions using SMS tools
• Lead site performance monitoring and reporting
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends and variances
• Monitor impact of performance actions on financial results
• Own and maintain 3P for adoption and accuracy
• Own and maintain performance KPIs and site scorecard
• Prepare deep dive analyses and data visualization
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc performance initiatives
• Support strategy plan and budget process with analytics
• Train and coach staff on KPI usage
