- Design end-to-end MLOps workflows
- Detect drift and evaluate performance
- Generate model performance reporting
- Implement automated retraining triggers
- Implement model monitoring and alerting
- Implement observability with logs, metrics, traces
- Manage features with SageMaker Feature Store
- Orchestrate model training and experiments
- Promote models across environments
- Track lineage with SageMaker Experiments
- Use Infrastructure as Code to provision resources
- Version models with SageMaker Model Registry
