Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, EU Stores CX Analytics & Automation
Tasks
- Apply embeddings modeling and customer persona matching
- Build custom data models for customer product affinity
- Build serverless infrastructure with AWS Lambda and CDK
- Build standardized metrics and dashboards
- Conduct deep dive analytics on customer engagement
- Create baseline reporting and measurement suite
- Design develop and maintain internal tooling for marketing campaigns
- Develop APIs with FastAPI
- Lead personalized recommendation strategy delivery
- Partner with business stakeholders and analytics teams
