Tasks
- Build reusable ML pipelines for training validation and scoring
- Build, validate, and improve machine learning models
- Convert prototypes into production workflows and services
- Design monitoring for data drift and prediction monitoring
- Engineer features from transactional and product data
- Ensure reproducible training scoring and deployment workflows
- Evaluate models using statistical and business metrics
- Explain model predictions using feature importance and SHAP
- Implement CI CD pipelines for ML code configurations and artifacts
- Implement model lifecycle practices with experiment tracking and model registry
- Manage model metadata and versioning and lineage
- Perform exploratory data analysis and data quality checks
- Support LLM workflows with embeddings vector databases and retrieval
- Support model promotion rollout rollback and retirement
- Translate business problems into ML problem statements
