Conversational AI Engineer (Senior)
Tasks
- Architect dialogue state handling and intent routing
- Build reusable dialogue components and shared templates
- Collaborate with computational linguists on NLU quality
- Configure and tune ASR TTS and VAD pipelines
- Design voice agents and multi turn dialogue flows
- Handle asynchronous responses and error recovery
- Instrument observability with conversation analytics and error logging
- Integrate voice agents with backend services via REST APIs
- Monitor quality metrics and trigger alerting
- Perform root cause analysis for dialogue NLU and API issues
