Tasks
- Architect scalable fault tolerant data platforms
- Design build and operate batch and real time data pipelines
- Develop and optimize SQL and distributed computations
- Ensure reliability observability and maintainability
- Influence roadmap through technical insights
- Lead design discussions and architecture reviews
- Make decisions on data modeling storage formats and compute frameworks
- Mentor engineers and raise engineering bar
- Own data domains ingestion transformation and serving
- Partner with cross functional teams to build product datasets
- Solve data consistency deduplication and data quality challenges
- Use AI tools for development debugging and refactoring
