Principal Algorithm/AI Engineer
Tasks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align AI solutions with mission objectives
- Conduct hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop testing
- Ensure AI systems meet safety ethical and regulatory standards
- Lead design and development of AI algorithms for defense applications
- Manage large datasets for collection preprocessing and analysis
- Optimize AI models for performance reliability and scalability
- Oversee integration of AI solutions with hardware platforms
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports for stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Validate AI systems under operational conditions
