Tasks
- Assign prioritize and track delivery tasks
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines
- Build reporting and data products for business users
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements
- Design develop and maintain cloud native data pipelines
- Develop reusable tools and frameworks for data platform
- Ensure data governance data quality lineage schema documentation
- Monitor data pipelines performance troubleshoot issues
- Organize and structure data for querying and secure access
- Oversee data operations team
- Participate in hiring interviews
- Perform root cause analysis for pipeline failures
- Provide performance feedback and development planning
- Provide technical guidance for data engineering best practices
