Tasks
- Conduct documentation and compliance reviews
- Conduct due diligence and enhanced due diligence
- Endorse eligible accounts for approval and booking
- Ensure accurate transaction capture
- Ensure mortgage and EEL compliance
- Maintain client record updates
- Maintain custody of developer and broker documents
- Manage AML KYC client onboarding
- Manage loan adjustments in T24
- Monitor system interfaces
- Perform manual loan setup in T24
- Perform risk assessment and tagging
- Perform watchlist screening
- Prepare loan recommendation and review reports
- Process account maintenance and adjustments
- Review prebooking requirements and documentation
- Support AML training compliance
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance
- Validate preannotation and preissuance documentation
