- Automate workflows using Python R or SQL
- Build validate and quality check invitation data files
- Create and maintain reporting scripts
- Document automated workflows and recommend tooling improvements
- Feed performance insights into forecasts
- Forecast invitation volume
- Lead weekly cross team invitation planning meetings
- Maintain recruitment and booking forecasts
- Manage secure file transfers and partner processing
- Model population reach and invite capacity
- Monitor booking performance and adjust plans in real time
- Monitor response rates and trigger follow up sends
- Optimize invitation timing channel mix and volumes
- Plan and schedule multi channel invitation sends
- Recommend corrective actions for underperforming clinics
- Track invitation volumes and identify gaps
- Update invitation plans based on pilots and initiatives
