Online Fulfillment - Sales Support
Tasks
- Achieve conversion and other job objective parameters
- Comply with regulatory and conduct requirements
- Ensure closure and wrap up per standards
- Enter appeal and AIP actions for appealable cases
- Fulfill client requests with operations team
- Gather client feedback on offers and promotions
- Handle PEGA frontline work basket cases
- Maintain daily working schedule
- Make client call backs within TAT
- Manage client initiated account opening journeys
- Meet monthly completion targets
- Partner with internal stakeholders
- Process client documentation and pending information
- Provide feedback to journey development teams
- Submit AIP decisions to eOPS
- Support assigned RTOB journey activities
- Support risk identification and mitigation
- Update dispositions and notes in system
