- Develop KPIV and KPOV definitions
- Implement process improvements and optimization
- Integrate manufacturing data from equipment and sensors

- Monitor and improve plating OEE performance
- Monitor plating processes for yield and quality
- Participate in FMEA and risk assessments
- Track and analyze OEE metrics
- Troubleshoot process deviations and apply corrective actions
