Tasks
- Adhere to SOP for BOPIC BOPIC Fresh Curbside Ship from Club
- Ensure orders picked within productivity requirements
- Identify expired or short dated items
- Maintain clean organized SFC BOPIC area
- Maintain inventory and equipment communication
- Manage supply ordering and replenishment
- Manage team performance and provide feedback
- Package orders per standard operating procedures
- Perform OMNI functions
- Pick merchandise using pick list and RF device
- Print staging tickets packing slips shipping labels
- Process member orders
- Process returns via DDR or membership desk
- Provide team leadership and direction
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Support hiring training and performance management
- Train and coach Omni team members
- Update merchandise locations and staging areas
- Verify merchandise using handheld scanner
