Tasks
- Assist hiring training and performance management
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products per SOP
- Lead omni order fulfillment operations
- Maintain SFC and BOPIC area organization and housekeeping
- Manage returns and route to DDR or membership desk
- Manage team performance and provide feedback
- Monitor productivity metrics and service level agreements
- Oversee picking and staging of member orders
- Package orders following standard operating procedures
- Print staging ticket packing slip shipping labels
- Process orders using pick list
- Recommend process improvements for inventory discrepancies
- Review daily and weekly OMNI reporting
- Train coach and develop omni experience ambassadors
- Update merchandise locations and staging areas
- Use handheld scanner to pick and verify merchandise
