Tasks
- Assess team member performance and provide feedback
- Drive club performance with departmental metrics
- Ensure accurate returns handling
- Handle damaged and spoiled goods per SOP
- Identify expired and short dated items
- Lead omni team members
- Maintain SFC BOPIC area cleanliness and organization
- Maintain policies and procedures
- Manage daily and weekly omni reporting
- Manage inventory and equipment issues
- Meet service level agreements productivity metrics
- Pack orders per standard operating procedures
- Perform omni operations
- Pick and verify orders using RF scanner
- Print staging tickets and shipping labels
- Process member orders from pick lists
- Review ordering and replenishment supplies
- Securely package orders for delivery
- Support hiring training and performance management
- Teach coach and train omni experience ambassadors
- Update merchandise locations and staging areas
