Tasks
- Communicate inventory problems
- Communicate short dated items
- Follow SOP for BOPIC
- Follow SOP for Curbside
- Follow SOP for Ship from Club
- Maintain neat clean SFC area
- Meet Omni productivity metrics
- Move merchandise to staging area
- Package orders per SOP
- Process returns
- Provide customer service at pickup and delivery points of contact
- Pull merchandise from pick list
- Replenish sales floor merchandise
- Resolve member concerns and deescalate
- Scan merchandise with handheld RF scanner
- Securely handle damaged goods
- Verify merchandise counts
