Tasks
- Advise employees and students on S3 storage usage and integration
- Automate operations and develop platform components
- Design and implement self service offerings for S3 compatible storage
- Develop operate and optimize S3 compatible data archiving solution
- Develop operate and optimize object storage infrastructure using Ceph
- Ensure secure and reliable operation of storage services
- Ensure stable scalable and secure operations with Infrastructure as Code
- Establish data storage best practices access concepts lifecycle management automation and monitoring
- Evaluate new technologies and standards and apply them to IT landscape
- Support operation and monitoring of block storage infrastructure using NetApp ONTAP
