Manager, Revenue Analytics & Planning
Tasks
- Analyze CAC sales effectiveness and full funnel conversion
- Automate draft narratives and insights using AI
- Build and maintain pipeline reporting dashboards
- Build and manage capacity models headcount coverage productivity
- Deliver executive and board level reporting
- Ensure forecast accuracy across revenue streams
- Flag performance risks and pipeline gaps early with recommendations
- Hire and scale analytics team
- Implement AI to streamline forecast modeling and scenario generation
- Integrate pipeline signals with planning assumptions
- Lead annual and quarterly planning processes
- Lead forecast cadence and executive performance reviews
- Lead quota and territory planning processes
- Manage and coach revenue insights analyst team
- Oversee team output and quality
- Own pre sales analytics and planning
- Own revenue predictability planning and executive insight
- Produce weekly forecast packages and dashboards
- Support forecast process rollups validation scenarios
- Track leading indicators pipeline creation early stage conversion
- Translate performance data into actionable insight
- Use AI anomaly detection for pipeline forecast risk
