Tasks
- Adhere to operational merchandise and asset protection standards
- Assist customers with fitting room service
- Assist customers with sales transactions
- Deliver merchandise to selling departments
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stockrooms
- Manage inventory using inventory management systems
- Operate point of sale system
- Prepare and ship customer orders
- Process online and mobile orders
- Promote Nordstrom Rewards program
- Relocate store fixtures and organize backroom
- Scan and process merchandise shipments
- Sort and return clothing to salesfloor
- Unload freight and unpack merchandise
