- Build sales revenue and KPI reporting
- Coach direct reports and mentor dotted line team member
- Collaborate with business stakeholders
- Coordinate with data engineering to ingest and model data
- Define business logic and semantic layers
- Lead sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives
- Manage opex and personnel reporting
- Manage squad backlog and user stories
- Own financial reporting and forecasting
- Translate roadmap into discovery design implementation and validation
