- Create data migration and platform consolidation roadmap
- Decommission legacy data storage solutions
- Define data classification and sensitivity controls
- Define global data governance strategy
- Design target state data storage and governance model
- Ensure secure compliant data storage and access
- Establish data ownership and accountability
- Identify redundant obsolete trivial data
- Implement data retention archiving and lifecycle policies
- Lead data rationalisation and consolidation
- Perform enterprise data discovery and analysis
- Produce governance reporting and stakeholder presentations
- Support responsible AI enablement for data platforms
