• Assist with scheduling coverage and communication
• Balance service administrative and maintenance tasks
• Coach service excellence
• Conduct inventory audits and validations
• Ensure safety organization and compliance in fulfillment areas
• Operate and maintain powered equipment
• Partner with sales team for pro call ahead orders
• Pick stage and validate orders
• Resolve issues and escalate when needed
• Respond to customer and associate questions
• Use Orders App to fulfill order types
