Sr. Director, Embedded Engineering
Tasks
- Define device to cloud interfaces and remote device management
- Define multi year embedded software platform roadmap
- Drive pre production testing staged rollout and fleet health monitoring
- Evaluate SoCs and image sensors for compute video and networking
- Implement CI/CD automated testing and OTA update infrastructure
- Lead mentor and grow firmware and embedded Linux engineering teams
- Partner with hardware engineering on product introductions and hardware software integration
- Set and enforce firmware quality stability and security standards
- Set architectural standards for scalability security maintainability
