Tasks
- Collaborate with support teams to complete research and analysis
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
- Identify data issues and recommend corrections
- Improve query process and research and analysis process
- Maintain and improve quality of query processing
- Perform cross database analysis to validate datasets
- Provide client updates and resolutions via query tracking tool
- Research client queries using available tools
- Review client queries for clarity and completeness
