Parking Enforcement - Pullman ( Part Time )
Tasks
- Assist customers with parking related inquiries
- Document violations with time date location and vehicle information
- Escalate complex or confrontational situations to supervisors
- Follow safety protocols and site procedures
- Identify vehicles subject to towing
- Inspect areas for safety hazards cleanliness and compliance
- Issue warning tickets or citations
- Maintain communication with operations manager or shift supervisor
- Maintain real time logs and reports of enforcement activity
- Monitor pedestrian areas for safe vehicle pedestrian interaction
- Patrol parking areas on foot to monitor violations
- Report accidents incidents or unsafe conditions
- Report malfunctioning equipment signage issues or property damage
