AI Program Manager – Drug Discovery Networks
Tasks
- Collaborate with product ML science and engineering teams to improve model delivery and usability
- Coordinate partner engagement and align stakeholders
- Develop partner onboarding plans
- Drive execution across federated drug discovery networks
- Identify and engage potential pharma and biotech partners
- Identify opportunities for network expansion and new modalities
- Manage partner coordination and delivery milestones
- Own federated network operations including data harmonization and model aggregation
- Plan data onboarding and model training cycles
- Support adoption of federated AI models in partner workflows
- Support setup and expansion of new networks
- Translate network goals into execution plans
