Tasks
- Coordinate OD talent learning and inclusion projects
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and consultants
- Document and organize enterprise program logistics
- Liaise with procurement and finance teams
- Maintain content across employee communication platforms
- Manage internal enterprise communications quality control
- Manage project plans timelines and action trackers
- Monitor budgets and forecasts
- Prepare executive briefing materials
- Track contracts and SOW renewals routing and approvals
