- Analyze operational data for process optimization
- Build OPC DA interfaces for real time data exchange
- Build dashboards and reports for process KPIs
- Configure and troubleshoot OPC DA
- Configure and troubleshoot OPC UA
- Design software for performance optimization
- Develop deep learning solutions for performance prediction
- Develop machine learning models for fault detection
- Document technical specifications integration workflows and support procedures
- Implement and commission Ovation performance optimization
- Integrate third party DCS platforms with SCADA MES and historian
- Participate in factory acceptance test
- Participate in pre factory acceptance test
- Perform data extraction transformation and analysis with Python
- Review project specifications for technical alignment
