Staff AI Solutions Engineer
Tasks
- Automate operational workflows using agents and workflow tooling
- Build integrations connectors between AI tooling and enterprise SaaS
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams API documentation runbooks
- Define reusable platform capabilities implementation standards governance
- Design PHI safe data handling patterns with security and compliance
- Design build deploy maintain LLM solutions
- Drive stakeholder alignment technical tradeoffs unblock execution
- Establish and operate model evaluation monitoring governance
- Implement AI spend management tools and value tracking
- Implement review validate model generated production code
- Influence AI roadmap and investment decisions with technical value analysis
- Lead cross functional AI initiatives from POC to production
- Lead vendor evaluations and POCs for LLM and agent platforms
- Mentor engineers and establish AI LLM architectural standards
- Own end to end deployment lifecycle for AI services CI CD and Infrastructure as Code
- Own technical strategy reference architecture for enterprise AI
- Review citizen developer AI agents optimize and ensure compliance
