- Create reusable patterns and reference architectures
- Define and measure OKRs and KPIs
- Define product operating model support monitoring incident management
- Design experiments offline online evaluation and testing
- Develop prototypes and MVPs using modern ML and GenAI
- Ensure responsible AI fairness explainability transparency privacy security accountability
- Establish human in the loop decision processes
- Guide prompt design fine tuning and RAG approaches
- Identify and validate new AI opportunities
- Implement model performance drift bias monitoring controls
- Implement monitoring scalability and reliability
- Lead full product lifecycle discovery to scale
- Own AI product vision and roadmap
- Prioritize AI use cases and manage trade offs
- Productionize solutions with MLOps and CI CD
- Review code and mentor team members
- Translate business problems into product requirements
