Power BI Support Administrator
Tasks
- Administer Power BI Service tenant workspace creation and capacity management
- Configure and maintain Power BI gateway connections
- Coordinate with tier 3 support
- Design develop troubleshoot and deploy Power BI solutions
- Provide documentation and operational procedures for end users
- Provide tier 2 remote support through enterprise ticketing system
- Resolve Power BI support tickets for access data refresh report errors and performance
- Review knowledge bases against process requirements
- Stay current with Power BI and Power Platform updates
- Troubleshoot environment errors from end user organizations
