Tasks
- Collaborate with engineering for automated model deployment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify platform improvements
- Deploy machine learning models in high throughput wet lab workflows
- Design and implement generative models for antibody sequence and structure
- Develop de novo design methods for antibody hits
- Develop protein sequence optimization for lab in the loop design
- Predict antibody properties
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship
- Set strategy for future machine learning research
- Support therapeutics programs with machine learning expertise
